The dust collection system adopts impulse type Filter dust removal.
It includes 24 groups of filter cartridges which dimension is 325×1200mm,each filtration area is 11.4m², total filtration area is 120m². The dust filtration efficiency above 5um is up to 99.95%, the total dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99.9%. the max. filter air volume can be greater than 20000m³/h. The power is 11Kw. Install a silencer at the air outlet of the dust collector fan to reduce the noise. Exhaust gas through the filter to reach the air pollutant emission limit: TSP, <60mg/m3.
